**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive - Building Materials**Location**: CHENNAI **Industry**: Building Materials / Construction Supplies**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales for Nirali sinks, tile adhesives (Roff), and manhole covers.
- Meet architects, builders, dealers, and contractors to promote our products.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Graduate in any discipline (marketing background preferred).
- 1-2 years of sales experience in building materials / plumbing / tiles / construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local market and customer base.
- Willing to travel locally for field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
