**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with clients.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of telecalling or related experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejections positively.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or similar field.
