TechForest Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **dynamic Telecaller / Sales Executive** who can generate and convert leads for our Software Development, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing Services. **Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT solutions.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for business growth. **Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication & convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead generation abilities.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of software, websites, or digital marketing preferred.

Gender: Female Only

Qualification: Any graduate (BBA/MBA/BCA preferred).

Experience: 0-3 years (freshers with good communication skills welcome).

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 + high incentive

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,641.35 per month
