Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the domestic market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitable sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in [marble and grenite ].
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the domestic market.
