**Job description: JD and requirement.**

We are looking for a full-time, in-office resource to manage our social media platforms by creating graphic designs, editing original videos, and building digital content for increased audience engagement. We expect the person to know the basics of visual content creation and social media management. **Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitation & Training**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions focused on communication, soft skills, and other professional development and leadership topics. Ensure impactful delivery tailored to diverse audiences.Content Creation:

- Develop comprehensive training outlines aligned with client requirements and learning objectives. Design and develop customized training content, including presentations, workbooks, and facilitator guides. Continuously update and refine training materials to meet evolving client needs. Business Development:

- Support in identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. Assist in creating proposals and presentations for prospective clients.People Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams and manage stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Support and guide other facilitators and team members.Administrative Support:

- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and Excel for reporting and data analysis. - Manage schedules, reports, and communication efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in facilitation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a Post Graduate degree in HR, or related fields is a plus).Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools.Interpersonal Skills: Strong people management and collaborative abilities.Creativity: Ability to design compelling content and training materials.Business Acumen: Familiarity with proposal creation and client engagement strategies.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and contribute to multiple facets of the organization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
