**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with data entry, recording, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Help with accounts payable and receivable processes, including follow-ups on payments.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members during audits and month-end/year-end closings.
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities.
- Conduct research and analysis as required by the Accounts Manager.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the finance department.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
