**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to assist our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Help with tax filings, GST, and other statutory compliances.
- Collaborate with team members to manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts.
- Handle data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other financial compliances.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
