**Designation: Admin & Accounts Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage key accounts for large customers, overseeing the entire process from order booking to service execution through the contractor network.
- Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Handle HDFC coordination, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage the supply chain for import material, including coordination with CHA for shipments and delivery.
- Check and process MCC and CHA invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee accounts receivables, ensuring timely submission of bills and payment collection.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in handling large customer accounts and contractor networks.
- Knowledge of import logistics and invoice verification.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
