Accounts & Admin Executive

The **Accounts & Admin Executive** will be responsible for handling the daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the office.
This role is best suited for someone detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined — a person who values structure, organization, and long-term stability.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounts**:
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally / Excel
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts
- Reconcile bank accounts and vendor ledgers
- Handle GST entries, TDS tracking, and coordination with the company CA
- Prepare payment sheets for vendor and supplier settlements
**Administration**:
- Maintain staff attendance and office documentation
- Manage petty cash, bills, courier, and office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for admin needs
- Assist management in travel-related documentation and basic HR tasks
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Bandra office
**Required Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of **basic accounting principles**:
- Experience in **Tally / Excel / MS Office**:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Punctual, organized, and trustworthy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
