Accurately enter data into the company database from various sources, including paper documents and electronic files.
- Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information, and correct any inconsistencies.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to all company data security and privacy policies.
- Update and maintain records by entering new and updated information, including customer, vendor, and product details.
- Assist in generating reports, presentations, and data summaries as required by different departments.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and provide necessary assistance to colleagues.
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback on data entry processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
