Role: Factory Ambassador/Factory Operation's Location: Noida Experience: 5+ Yrs The Factory Operations will oversee the daily operational activities of the manufacturing facility while ensuring seamless procurement and supply continuity. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in FMCD operations, strategic procurement, supplier management, and continuous improvement practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sourcing Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and operational goals. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers across categories. Lead negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms and long-term partnerships. 2. Supplier Management Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure supply reliability. Monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and address gaps proactively. Conduct regular supplier audits and capability assessments. 3. Cost & Budget Management Track market trends, pricing shifts, and supply risks to drive cost optimization. Manage the procurement budget effectively with periodic reporting and variance analysis. Identify and deliver year-on-year cost savings without compromising quality. 4. Inventory & Material Planning Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement robust systems for inventory monitoring, demand forecasting, and stock accuracy. Reduce stockouts and excess inventory through systematic planning. 5. Compliance & Risk Governance Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, statutory norms, and ethical sourcing standards. Identify potential supply-chain risks and develop mitigation plans. Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and compliance checks. 6. Continuous Improvement & Operations Excellence Drive process improvements across procurement and factory operations. Lead initiatives to enhance supplier performance, improve lead times, and reduce overall operational costs. Support transformation projects such as automation, digitization, and sustainability programs.
