**Job Title: Operations Executive - NBFC Background**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations, including loan processing, customer service, and documentation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, including RBI guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and compliance teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Support in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably within the NBFC/financial services sector.
- Knowledge of NBFC regulations and financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
