About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Associate Learning Coordinator to join the Workday Success Plans Delivery Center of Excellence. This team focuses on enabling the delivery team and delighting our customers. An excellent match for this team would be someone who is looking for the opportunity to join a growing company and can easily adapt in an environment that changes rapidly. In this role you will:

- Support business processes that you can help to innovate and streamline.
- Assist with communication, training and organizational change activities.
- Collaborate multi-functionally across a global organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate consultant training and development activities.
- Build training materials and coordinate content management.
- Update published policies, guidelines, and other resources.
- Assist with BAU questions and issue resolution for WSP Delivery team.
- Support Program Manager's initiatives, projects, and areas of responsibility.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in an equivalent or related role
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written, business environment and conversational).
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on a global team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Google business tools and presentation tools.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday Learning.

Other Qualifications:

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task optimally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service
- Capable of building positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or meaningful work experience required.
