Learning Specialist – Training Coordination

Company Description Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group Founded in 1999 we were born digital Today our strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science enhanced by creativity and driven by responsibility We re optimists for change and we help clients initiate navigate and benefit from transformation We believe optimism is a force multiplier helping clients to mitigate downside and maximize opportunity With expertise across a broad range of sectors and services our 3 000 consultants serve clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries Our expertise delivers results Our optimism transforms outcomes We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Specialist to join our Talent Development team The role focuses on planning organizing and coordinating training programs across the organization ensuring seamless execution from scheduling to evaluation The Learning Specialist will also support content management and help maintain a high-quality learning experience for all participants Key Responsibilities 1 Training Coordination Logistics Develop and manage the training calendar coordinating with internal stakeholders Handle the end-to-end organization of training sessions including scheduling invitations room or platform booking and follow-up Ensure smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual sessions resolving logistical or technical issues as needed Track attendance and manage participant communications before and after sessions 2 Enrollment Administration Manage enrollment processes through our Learning Management System Workday Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of participant data training hours and completions Support internal communication of training opportunities and encourage engagement across teams 3 Content Management Quality Collaborate with subject matter experts SMEs and trainers to develop update and maintain training content presentations guides e-learning modules etc Review materials to ensure they align with organizational standards branding and learning objectives Support continuous improvement of training materials based on participant feedback and emerging needs 4 Evaluation Reporting Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to assess training effectiveness Prepare regular reports on participation rates satisfaction scores and learning outcomes Propose improvements to optimize training impact and learner experience Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Education Psychology or a related field 2-4 years of experience in Learning Development or training coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency with LMS platforms Workday content creation tools Genially and MS Office tools Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus Key Competencies Project management mindset able to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously Team collaboration works well across departments and with external partners Learner-centric approach focuses on delivering value and engagement to participants Analytical skills comfortable managing data and evaluating learning metrics Adaptability flexible in a fast-changing environment with diverse training needs Why Join Us Be part of a growing TD team driving continuous learning and upskilling Collaborate with passionate experts and innovative trainers Play a pivotal role in shaping the company s learning culture and employee development journey Additional Information Sia is an equal opportunity employer All aspects of employment including hiring promotion remuneration or discipline are based solely on performance competence conduct or business needs Sia is an equal opportunity employer All aspects of employment including hiring promotion remuneration or discipline are based solely on performance competence conduct or business needs
