products in our retail stores all over India and online store.

We are developing fast and need Customer Care Executive very urgently.

Minimum: 1+ yrs experience

handle customer queries.

**Roles And Responsibility**:

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the

time limits.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Location**:Harohalli, Kanakapura Rd, Bangalore South

**Salary**: 20k to 30k per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
