Position: Sales Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to contribute to the expansion of Clymb Sports' market presence and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and potential clients. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, promoting the company's product portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand Clymb Sports' reach.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and take corrective actions to drive sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners, distributors, and clients.
Understand customer needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Product Promotion and Demonstration:
Showcase Clymb Sports' product offerings effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and potential customers.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand and generate leads.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather market intelligence and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
Sales Support and Training:
Support the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
Assist in the development of sales training materials and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role, preferably in the footwear or sports industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of sports footwear products, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
