**DESIGNATION**
Accounts Associate.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handle daily accounting tasks like bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reports.
- Follow up with clients on property matters and address inquiries.
- Facilitate communication and task management between team members and other stakeholders.
- Supervise a small team, provide guidance, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
- Assist with scheduling, reports, document management, and office systems.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and staff and provide regular updates on tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a go-getter attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Camp, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
