**Role - Tele Sales Executive**
**Experience - 6 months to 3 years**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce TESTRIQ QA LAB and its comprehensive services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, addressing customer needs and challenges.
Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our capabilities and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of their business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and coordinate efforts for key accounts.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in software testing.
Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
**Language Known**:
English and Hindi (Must Have)
Marathi, Tamil, Telegu, Gujrati and any other Regional Language ( Must have)
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales for the services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with B2C services calling.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a target-driven environment.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
