**Brief job description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a G Gaiter Operator. As an Operator, you're pivotal in maintaining the daily operation of cutting-edge robotic devices designed to aid individuals with gait disabilities. Your role ensures the safety and efficiency of therapy sessions by monitoring and adjusting settings as needed. Additionally, you'll engage with patients, accurately document session details, and provide clear explanations of the rehabilitation process.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Robotic** **Rehabilitator** **Operation**:

- Skilfully operate and manage advanced robotic rehabilitators, ensuring precise setup and configuration tailored to each patient's specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to understand individual patient profiles and customize robotic assistance accordingly.
- Monitor and adjust robotic system parameters in real-time to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation sessions.

**2. Patient Interaction**:

- Educate patients about the robotic rehabilitation process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have with clarity and compassion.

**3. Technical Assistance**:

- Possess a solid understanding of medical devices and electronics to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during sessions.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems promptly

**4. Data Recording and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, progress, and session details post-rehabilitation.
- Work alongside the medical team to analyze collected data, enabling informed decisions regarding the rehabilitation plan.

**5. Maintenance and Safety**:

- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic rehabilitators to uphold optimal functionality and longevity.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and staff during all rehabilitation sessions.

**6. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay abreast of advancements in medical devices, electronics, and gait rehabilitation techniques through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field to provide the highest standard of care.

**Skills** **Required**:

- Proficiency in medical device technology, electronics, and biomechanics.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of gait anatomy and related disabilities is an advantage.
- Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Capacity to thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Attentive to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Passion for helping individuals with disabilities and a drive to contribute to their rehabilitation journey.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma/ITI in ECE or Mech preferred

**Experience**: 0 - 1 Years

**Job Location**:Kannur

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
