**About TPB**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management & Stock Control**:

- Maintain **accurate stock levels** using inventory management software.
- Track **incoming and outgoing stock** to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular **stock audits and reconciliations** to ensure data accuracy.
- Optimize **storage and warehouse space utilization** for efficient operations.
- Implement **inventory forecasting** to meet demand fluctuations.

**2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management**:

- Oversee the **end-to-end order fulfillment process** - from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with **courier partners** to ensure **on-time delivery** and manage logistics issues.
- Optimize **packaging and shipping processes** to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot **order delays, product returns, and shipping discrepancies**.

**3. Vendor Coordination & Procurement**:

- Work closely with **suppliers and vendors** to ensure **timely stock replenishment**.
- Negotiate **pricing, delivery terms, and quality control measures** with suppliers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between **procurement, warehouse, and delivery teams**.

**4. Technology & Software Utilization**:

- Work with **inventory management and ERP systems** (Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
- Utilize e-commerce order processing platforms like **Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central**.
- Generate reports using **Excel/Google Sheets** for inventory and order analysis.

**5. Process Improvement & Problem Solving**:

- Identify and implement **efficiency improvements** in logistics, warehouse, and supply chain processes.
- Resolve **daily operational challenges**, ensuring seamless business continuity.
- Maintain **accurate documentation of inventory movements, order processing, and vendor transactions**.

**Requirements**:
**2-3 years of experience** in **inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment** (preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment). Hands-on experience with **inventory software, ERP systems, and order management platforms**. Strong understanding of **supply chain operations, order dispatch, and warehouse coordination**. **Excellent negotiation skills** for vendor management and procurement. Ability to **troubleshoot logistics issues, manage returns, and handle last-mile delivery operations**. **Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory tracking tools**. **Quick thinker, highly organized, and problem-solving mindset**.
