The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the online sales and presence of a company. This role involves developing, implementing, and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. The individual will work across various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of online sales, from marketing and product placement to customer service and website functionality.

**Responsibilities**:
E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.

Website Management: Oversee the functioning, maintenance, and optimization of the company's website to ensure a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience.

Product Management: Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all products are accurately listed, well-described, and positioned effectively on the website.

Order Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery, coordinating with logistics and inventory management teams.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance. Generate reports to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies and ensure cohesive operations.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative e-commerce solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. Additional certifications in e-commerce are a plus.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful online sales strategies and implementation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and provide outstanding customer service.

Adaptability: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in technology and consumer behavior.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
