Job Title: Course Coordinator

Location: Belapur / Kalina

Experience: 3 - 5 years

**Salary**: 50k to 50k

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9 am to 6pm

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Patience: Comfortable dealing with diverse stakeholders, including faculty and students.
- Multitasking Ability: Skilled at managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between faculty, students, and the administration.
- Coordinate course schedules, faculty assignments, and classroom resources.
- Communication & Documentation:

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of academic processes and updates.
- Faculty Support:

- Assist faculty members with course materials, scheduling, and any operational requirements.
- Address faculty queries and ensure their needs are met for effective course delivery.
- Student Interaction:

- Respond to student inquiries regarding course details, schedules, and policies.
- Handle concerns with patience and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Multitasking & Problem-Solving:

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling, reporting, and resolving issues
- Handle last-minute changes or challenges with a calm and solution-focused approach

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
