Counsellor - Sales & Enquiry Handling

**Location**: Thane, Mumbai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **incoming calls and outbound follow-ups** for student and franchise enquiries.
- **Convert leads** into successful admissions or franchise closures.
- Provide detailed information on courses, programs, or franchise opportunities.
- Greet and assist **walk-in visitors** professionally.
- Maintain and update enquiry databases.
- Coordinate with the internal team for admissions, scheduling, or follow-ups.
- Maintain a good understanding of **AI concepts** or **software/IT-related programs** to explain them effectively.
- Ensure excellent **customer service and relationship management**.
- Prepare and share regular follow-up reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field (preference for Computer Science, IT, or related).
- 1-3 years of experience in **counselling, sales, or customer service** roles.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in **edtech**, **AI courses**, or **software training** will be a plus.
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive in handling queries and closing sales.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, or enquiry tracking software.
- Should be based in or willing to commute to the **Thane office**.
