Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients in the renewable energy and electrical engineering sectors, including solar power plants, EPC contractors, and industrial projects.
- Promote and sell solar energy systems, electrical components, and related materials (cables, panels, inverters, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and site surveys to assess project requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

2. Technical Support:

- Provide clients with technical support and guidance on solar energy systems, power distribution, electrical installations, and materials.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and bids for solar and electrical projects.

3. Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote solar energy systems, electrical materials, and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitors in the renewable energy and electrical materials markets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create technical marketing content such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and digital campaigns.

4. Project Management Support:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of solar project execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure the successful delivery of materials and systems to clients.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the electrical engineering or renewable energy sector (preferably solar).
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, power distribution, electrical components, and materials.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and marketing tools.

Preferred:

- Certification in solar energy systems (e.g., PV design and installation) is a plus.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and policies related to renewable energy and electrical projects.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project site visits

Pay: ₹9,378.16 - ₹35,461.27 per month
