**Location Details**: India, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

**What you'll get to do...**
- Work cross-functionally with our cross-functional partners including IT, HR Operations, Legal, HRBPs, and internally within Recruiting
- Sustain coordination efforts by balancing multiple priorities at once
- Supervise individual metrics weekly, performing against specific SLAs to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

**Your experience should include...**- 1+ year in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination, or administrative role- English proficiency, written and spoken- High level of attention to detail- Familiarity and hand’s on experience coordinating and preparing offer documents & employment contracts across India and APAC regions is strongly preferred- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), interview scheduling tools (preferably Zoom or Prelude), HRIS tools (Workday), and other recruiting
- and HR-related systems and programs
