
Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and confident **Outbound Sales Executive to handle international clients.**The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with global customers, presenting products/services, and driving business growth across international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify clients' needs and present relevant solutions or products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
- Generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned **sales targets and KPIs** for international markets.
- Coordinate internal sales teams to ensure smooth working.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM.
- Stay updated on **Global market trends** and competitors' activities.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1-2 years of experien**ce in **international outbound sales / tele-sales/ business development.**:
- Excellent English communication skills ( Spoken and Written)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in dealing with **US/Europe/ Middle East clients** preferred.
- Knowledge of **CRM tools and MS Office.**:
- Target -driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
