**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding residential/commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers.
- Provide accurate information about property details, prices, and available offers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives for client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Handle client objections and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and conversion activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and target-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive.

Pay: ₹10,034.73 - ₹28,799.61 per month
