We are seeking a motivated **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll **engage with customers**, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to **drive sales**. You'll manage both inbound inquiries and outbound sales efforts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contact potential customers** via phone to **introduce our products/service**s, handle their queries and address customer concerns
- **Follow up on leads**and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns.
- **Meeting monthly sales**requirements.
- **Promote and sell**Meadbery's nutritional products and services to our clients
- **Understand customer needs** and requirements and, therefore, be able to pitch the appropriate product/plan for the client.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- **Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell** relevant products/services.
- Manage customer data and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- **Meet and exceed sales quotas** by identifying growth opportunities.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent communication** in **Hindi and English.**:

- Familiarity with **CRM systems**.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
