Role - Salesforce Architect.

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 days

**EXP.IN SALESFORCE NON-PROFIT CLOUD MODULE IS MANDATORY.**
**- **Technical architect experience on implementation projects and ability to solve complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce platform
- Overall experience of 10-15 years and minimum 3 years of end-to-end **Salesforce implementation experience in Non-Profit Cloud**
- Excellent understanding of **Salesforce Non-Profit**modules like Donation Management, Fundraising, Program Management, Volunteer Management, etc.
- Experience in Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, etc
- Ability to code for a Rapid Prototype development and POC
- Solid fundamentals in Object-Oriented concepts
- Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments where appropriate, this could include deploying changes
- Review solutions and recommend improvements
- Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
- Design the organization strategy and data model for a Salesforce implementation
- Should know how to design solutions, give demonstrations and presentations, do POCs for customers and handle customer queries.
- Identify customer's challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
- Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.
- Self-motivated, analytical and driven to overcome challenges
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Technical Architect certification is required

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
