Role: Salesforce Architect

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

  • Lead the
    design and architecture
    of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
    technical designs
    .
  • Define
    best practices
    for Salesforce development, integration, security, and data governance.
  • Oversee the full Salesforce solution lifecycle — from concept, design, development, and testing to deployment and support.
  • Provide
    technical leadership and mentorship
    to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, third-party platforms).
  • Ensure compliance with
    Salesforce security standards
    and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Create and maintain
    technical documentation
    including architecture diagrams, integration flows, and design standards.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a
    Salesforce Architect
    or in a senior Salesforce technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange solutions
    .
  • Expertise in
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
    .
  • Experience with
    integration patterns
    (REST, SOAP, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
  • Strong knowledge of
    data modeling, security, and sharing rules
    within Salesforce.
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git).
  • Salesforce certifications such as
    Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II
    are highly preferred.
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
