The Quality Incharge will oversee and manage all quality assurance and control activities in the lift manufacturing process. They will ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in products and processes.
- **EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality.
- **SKILLS**:

- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards and other relevant certifications.
- Conduct regular audits of QMS processes and ensure continual improvement.
- Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product testing.
- Develop and enforce inspection criteria, procedures, and test plans.
- Address non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
