BASIC FUNCTION:

- Authorized to stop the production in-case of nonconformity, Authorized to Approve Inspection report, Customer Complaint CAPA report preparation, Authorized to review the In house Rejections. Conduct Internal Audits is a must.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducting Inspections in all stages.Achieving Quality Objectives Receiving Inspection Report / SPC report / Patrol Inspection report / Visual inspection area to be monitoring Supplier Rejection Evolution / Supplier Test Reports Maintain. Maintain All Measuring Instruments / Calibration reports Stage Drawings maintain in every process

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Work Experience as a Quality Incharge in Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Companies or Similar Role Minimum 3 to 8 years Experience is required Knowledge in ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949:2016 Basic knowledge in PPAP, APQP, Control plan, SPC study, QC tools, Instruments Handling Good verbal and written communication skills Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

**Coating & Painting related industries preferred**
