Job description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Incharge with hands-on experience in emission control processes. The candidate should have knowledge of IATF 16949 standards, EMS (ISO 14001), and proven ability to maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance activities related to emission control products/processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and EMS (ISO standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections, audits, and process checks to maintain regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor in-process quality and report deviations with timely action.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and suppliers to improve product quality.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Train operators and team members on quality control procedures and standards.
  • Support customer audits and external certification audits.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of emission control processes.
  • Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and EMS standards.
  • Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, 7 QC Tools, MSA, SPC).
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.

  • Certification or training in IATF 16949 / EMS preferred.

  • Qualifications Minimum 3 Years Preffered.
