- Factory Operations Management:
a. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the water manufacturing
plant.
b. Ensure all production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining a
high level of quality.
c. Coordinate with various departments (production, maintenance, quality
control, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Production Planning & Control:
a. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of
products.
b. Monitor production levels and adjust plans as needed to meet demand.
c. Ensure proper allocation of resources, including raw materials and labor,
to maintain production efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
a. Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the
manufacturing process.
b. Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of finished
products.
c. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations as well as
industry standards.
- Team Leadership & Staff Management:
a. Manage and supervise factory staff, ensuring that they are trained,
motivated, and working efficiently.
b. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and
implement corrective actions where necessary.
c. Ensure proper safety training and awareness among the team to minimize
accidents and injuries.
- Inventory & Resource Management:
a. Maintain adequate levels of raw materials, packaging, and other
production supplies.
b. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to avoid
production delays.
c. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of required
materials.
- Maintenance & Equipment Management:
a. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment and
machinery.
b. Ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed to reduce
downtime.
c. Identify equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal
disruption to production.
- Compliance & Reporting:
a. Ensure the factory operates in compliance with all relevant laws,
regulations, and company policies.
b. Maintain records of production, quality checks, inventory, and staff
attendance.
c. Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality issues, and
any incidents for upper management.
- Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
b. Implement best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the
overall production process.
c. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to
ensure the plant remains competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or
related field.
• Proven experience as a Factory InCharge, Plant Manager, or similar role in a
manufacturing environment (preferably in water or food & beverage industry).
