Job Description:
Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).

Maintain and control QMS documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Lead internal audit planning, execution, and reporting. Track and ensure the closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare the organization for external audits (certification, surveillance, customer audits) and coordinate audit responses.

Conduct training sessions on QMS awareness and procedures for all levels of staff.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate root cause analysis using tools such as 5’s. Manage change control processes and quality risk assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, supply chain, etc.) to resolve quality issues and ensure process adherence.Stay up to date with relevant quality standards, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
