A Line Incharge, also sometimes called a Line Leader or Line Manager, is responsible for managing and overseeing the production line, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. They supervise the team, set up the line, ensure quality and safety standards, and work to improve productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities of a Line Incharge: Team Management: Supervising and providing direction to a team of production line employees. Production Line Operations: Overseeing the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Order Fulfillment: Ensuring production meets deadlines and fulfills all necessary orders on time. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Training and Development: Training new employees on safety procedures, operating equipment, and production processes. Quality Control: Ensuring products meet quality standards and identifying any issues or problems. Safety Compliance: Ensuring the production line adheres to safety regulations and procedures. Reporting: Preparing reports on production performance, quality issues, and other relevant information.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹22,469.50 per month
