**Responsibilities: -**
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them is essential.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on site-wise progress, with a focus on both commercial and residential projects.
- Proficient in creating and managing project schedules for on-time delivery.
- Coordinated drawings between site team and consultants for smooth project execution
- Ensure efficient monitoring and tracking of project progress using ERP systems
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Efficiently gather and organize ERP data, creating schedules with precision.
- Attend meetings as per workflow.
- Proficient in the effective arrangement and management of Material Resource Planning (MRM)
- Monitor and report on site progress, focusing on both R.C.C and Finishing stages to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborates effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- To Prepare, Material Requirement as per Project Progress including long lead items.
- Work with the Planning Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Knowledge of software like MSP, ERP, AutoCAD, Prima E6, and Excel.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
