Swapniil Tambe Group is a growing business network with companies in interior design, experiential marketing, events, IT solutions, and real estate. We are looking for a **dynamic Admin & Personal Assistant** who can take ownership of office operations, people alignment, and administrative responsibilities across all our group companies.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day **office administration** and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
- Act as a **personal assistant** to the Director - handling schedules, follow-ups, and priority tasks.
- Maintain **office discipline** and ensure team alignment with company policies.
- Handle **onboarding, attendance checks, and basic HR coordination** for all employees.
- Support multiple companies under the Swapniil Tambe Group with required tasks.
- Be the **first point of contact** for office requirements - stationery, housekeeping, vendor coordination, etc.
- Maintain a **professional and polite approach** while dealing with internal staff and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in Admin/Front Office/Assistant roles (freshers with the right attitude may also apply).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, strong people management, multitasking ability.
- **Personality**: Polite, disciplined, reliable, and proactive.
- **Location**: Kurla East, Mumbai (on-site role).

**Work Details**:

- **Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
- **Work Policy**: Monday-Friday (full day) + Saturday (half day).
- **Scope**: Role covers all companies under the _Swapniil Tambe Group_.
