**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handling travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Accompanying the executive to meetings or events when required
- Running personal errands and assisting with lifestyle management
- Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times
- Ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups on assigned tasks
- Supporting with event coordination and other ad hoc duties
- Presentable, well-groomed, and with a confident, professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of energy and a proactive approach to tasks
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office and basic tech tools
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Flexibility to travel or work extended hours when needed
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in multiple languages Hindi, English, Marathi
- Experience in hospitality, executive assistance, or customer-facing roles
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
