A Voice Process Executive is responsible for managing inbound and outbound voice communications with customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. This role is prevalent in call centers and customer service departments across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- **Process Adherence**: Follow communication scripts and guidelines during customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in the required language(s).
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- **Customer Orientation**: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the employer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
