**US Voice Process Associate**:
As an US Voice Process Associate, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the United States. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing support in a professional and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and troubleshoot customer problems effectively.
- Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- **Sales**:

- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned.
- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately record customer interactions and data into the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a US voice process or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts

Job Location: Kaliyakavilai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
