Meet daily or weekly performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (fluent in English or any other language, depending on the company).
Patience and active listening skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (for entering customer information and handling systems).
