- Developing the job descriptions for the new recruitment of IT professionals for the organisation.
- Planning and organising the recruitment meetings in connection with the hiring managers.
- Developing the recruitment strategies and programs for every type of IT position in the organisation.
- Good verbal & written communication skills;
- Working on campus recruitment for different positions available in the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office(Excel & Word).
- Good written and verbal English.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills(English Mandatory).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
