Client Servicing Executive

Jaipur, India Adhaan Solution Pvt. Ltd. Full time

1. Plan and supervise the order dispatch from shipper to the consignee-ordinate daily shipment status.

3. Track orders using functional ERP

4. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper storage and movement of shipments through ocean and air.

5. Monitor and report on clearance status, transportation costs and transit status.

6. Ensure documents are properly for clearance

7. Report on any exceptions

8. Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods

9. Maintain daily, weekly, monthly MIS

10. Ensure compliance with company policies

11. Stay up-to-date with export and import procedures

**Requirements **1. Proven work experience as a Transportation Manager, or similar role

2. MS Offce skills(excel)

3. Ability to comprehend in English and Hindi

4 Good communicational skills(oral and writen)

**Education: Bachelor's (preferred)Experience: total work: 1 year (preferred). Freshers also welcome**

**Salary**: ₹13,068.09 - ₹25,000.19 per month
