**Accounts and Admin officer**

**Job Scope**

Join the team as a **Accounts and Admin Officer,** responsible for overseeing the day to day Accounting, Administrative duties and HR related matters. This position will suit someone willing to rejoin the workforce after a break.

TOUCHTiER is an established Cloud Consulting company providing services to the Hospitality industry customers in Australia, Singapore and USA. The company is a pioneer in cloud based solutions and services.

**Responsibilities**

As an office administrator you will take a leading role in the day to day duties and responsibilities that will include but not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the General Manager of the company.
- Coordinate and manage all activities to ensure the efficient running of office operations.
- Assisting in the staff recruitment process.
- Accounting and maintaining all the invoices/bill of office expenses
- Maintaining petty cash expenses records.
- Filing of documents.
- Assisting in bookkeeping, data entry and reconciliations.
- Maintaining staff’s leave records
- Maintaining the records of office assets.
- Staff welfare

**Requirements**:

- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Experience in using Accounting software.
- Previous experience in an IT company is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Job Type**:Full Time**

**Salary**: Negotiable

Required education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Commerce or business administration)

**Required experience**:Minimum **2-3** years of experience in the similar role.
