**About the Job**:
One of our esteemed clients is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our aluminium window factory team, responsible for accounts maintenance, quotation handling, and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile accounts and perform basic accounting tasks
- Assist in auditing and financial reporting
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers
- Maintain quotation records and tracking
- Manage office correspondence and communication
- Maintain records and files (physical and digital)
- Provide support to management and production teams
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting/administration
- Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/Excel)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with aluminium window industry (desirable)
**Eligibility**:
- Age: 21-35 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Accounting preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
