**Job Summary**:
As a Warehouse In-charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team supervision. Your role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of goods.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
