**Job Title**: Receptionist / Admin

**Experience Required**: 1-2 years

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting schedules
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with other departments as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (1-2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
