Job description

Some of the key duties of a GRE include:
Greeting visitors and Guests: A receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors and guests to the organization, making them feel comfortable, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative support: Receptionists may provide administrative support to the organization by handling tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Managing the front desk: Receptionists are responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring that the area is clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors.

Responding to inquiries: Receptionists are often the first point of contact for inquiries, and are responsible for responding to them in a professional and timely manner.

Handling mail and deliveries: Receptionists may be responsible for handling mail and deliveries, including sorting and distributing mail, and signing for packages.

Overall, a receptionist plays a critical role in the smooth operation of an organization, and their professionalism and communication skills are essential to providing excellent customer service.
