**ROLES AND Responsibilities**:
- Calling active and budding clients, Inbound.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Should be well versed in English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Hard-working individual.
- Ability to handle pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
